Step 1: Analysis
In this step we dig deep and get everyone on the same page – generating a compelling reason for the Change. The Why!
We also measure important aspects of the business that we can re-measure later and assess the value to the business of our Change Program.
We engage key others (from the board to the factory) so that they will give their full support at the point of implementing any Changes.

- Value Driver Tree (data model of the entire business that shows points of greatest leverage)

- Project Charter
- Project Scorecard
- 90 Day Project Plan
