Jeremy de Constantin
Straight-talking and personable are how many clients describe Jeremy.
Jeremy has led – as CEO – both service and manufacturing businesses over his 25-year career.
Born into a hard-working family agribusiness – primary production, meatworks, transport and retail – Jeremy learnt at an early age how to lead teams. He calls this early education at the school of hard knocks, his greatest learning. Here he also learnt what he calls tough-love leadership, a leadership style which has proved very successful.
Jeremy exhibits a can-do attitude with all his assignments and takes on an engagement as if the business was his own.
Jeremy is known for his genuine respect for the individual, whether an unskilled process worker or Professor of Medicine. He makes no distinction with regards the importance of respecting the individual.
Over the course of his 25-year, career Jeremy has amassed a breadth of skills required for company – wide Optimization Programs and Business Transitions & Exits.

He lives with his wife and 2 children in the Sydney harbourside suburb of Kirribilli and maintains an active interest in matters agricultural, as CFO of 2 family-owned beef-producing farms in the Central West of NSW.
